How To Return An Item

The items that you will return must be in unused condition unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item 7 days of your purchase.

1. Please email salago.events@gmail.com or contact us at 0915-781-5435 to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned items to Salago Catering at Block 22 Lot 2 Golden City Brgy. Canlalay Binan, Laguna 4024
3. In addition, include in your package a signed letter stating the reason and the original receipt.

Exceptions

The damaged items cannot be returned.

Not only that merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted or even exchange.

Restocking Fee

Under those circumstances, there’s a deduction from your refund 10% restocking fee is subjected to all items. Overall we don’t also refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
